4. Data & Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter (pigeon records, loft details). We do not claim ownership of your records. However, you grant us permission to host and back up this data to provide the service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

PRO LOFT MANAGEMENT is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including the loss of pedigree data.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in abusive or harmful behavior on the platform.
